The Midwest Google Apps Summit is a two day, hands on conference that focuses on integrating Google Apps for Education in K-12 and Higher Ed learning environments.  All presentations will be from the Google Education Trainers, Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps savvy educators and local Googley talent.

Create your own Google Site to provide class information and materials, communicate with students, parents and the community,
flip lessons, and showcase student work.

Primary Learning Objectives: Instruction will include how to:
- Create a new site
- Choose a theme or a template
- Customize a site header
- Customize fonts and colors
- Create a custom site icon (favicon)
- Create new pages
- Edit site layout
- Organize site navigation
- Insert gadgets (Google Calendar, videos, documents from Google Drive, images, etc.)
- Share site with others
- Enable page-level permissions for students to upload and edit content on portfolio pages
